Hello! I'm Haru, bringing a sadist to the ship. This guy is Sougo Okita from Gintama. Gintama is a series that does a lot of breaking the 4th wall, and Sougo is a piece of shit. For these reasons I will direct you to the permissions post for those who are not into 4th wall breaking and dealing with characters that make death threats and all that.
